We are more than just another betting platform. 9culb is built specifically for Malaysian users — with competitive odds, support in Bahasa Malaysia, and a safe, trusted gaming experience.
9culb is an online entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian users. From live sports betting to slot games, Live Casino, and esports — everything is available in one carefully designed platform to deliver the best experience for every user.
We understand that Malaysian users have different needs from other markets. The Malaysia League, badminton, MLBB, and other local sports are part of our identity — not just add-ons. That is why we invest time and resources to ensure these markets are always comprehensive, our odds accurate, and our interface easy to understand.
From day one, 9culb has set one clear goal: make the online betting experience as simple, precise, and secure as possible for local users. Not through empty promises, but through actions every member can see and feel for themselves.
Our platform fully supports the Malay language, local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer, as well as 24-hour customer support in Bahasa Malaysia. These aren't add-on features — they're the foundation of how we operate.
Winnings are processed within 15 minutes, minimum deposit is only RM20, and there are no hidden fees on any transaction. We believe transparency is the best way to build lasting trust with our community.
9culb was founded with a single vision: build a betting platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian users. Our core team started with 12 technology and sports specialists.
The platform officially launched with full coverage of the Malaysia League, EPL, and badminton. Over 10,000 users registered in the first month.
We launched the live casino section with over 500 game tables, followed by esports markets for MLBB and DOTA2.
IOS and Android apps launched. The withdrawal system was upgraded to process payments in under 15 minutes — a first in the local industry.
9culb reached 500,000 registered members. The Betbuilder feature, real-time Cash Out, and major expansion of Asian league coverage were introduced to meet the needs of a growing community.
Six key reasons Malaysian users continue to trust 9culb as their platform of choice

Your wins are processed and in your bank account or e-wallet within 15 minutes. No unexplained delays, no hidden conditions — your money is yours.
Our support team communicates fully in Bahasa Malaysia, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether via live chat, WhatsApp, or email — fast responses, issues resolved.
With a 98% payout rate, our odds rank among the best in the industry. Our analyst team specialises in Southeast Asian markets, meaning our Malaysia League and BWF odds are more accurate and more competitive.
The 9culb App is available for Android and iOS with all full features — live betting, casino, slots, deposits and withdrawals. Lightweight and responsive design that works even on limited data connections.
Over 30 sports categories, 500+ matches daily, and the most comprehensive MLBB, DOTA2, and CS2 esports coverage in Malaysia. Local leagues, Asian tournaments, and world leagues — all in one place.
Behind every feature and function you see at 9culb, there is a set of core values that guides every decision we make. These values are not just slogans on the office wall — they shape how we think about our product, our users, and the industry we operate in.
Our mission is simple: make online betting in Malaysia safer, easier, and more enjoyable for everyone. We want every user — whether trying it for the first time or having been active for years — to feel that 9culb is a platform that genuinely looks after their interests.
We believe users deserve to know exactly how our platform works. Odds, bonus terms, withdrawal policies — all stated clearly with no confusing language.
Every product decision starts with one question: is this better for the user? Not for our short-term gain, but for the long-term experience of our community.
The worlds of technology and sports are always evolving. Our team is committed to staying ahead — whether in platform speed, market depth, or mobile user experience.
We provide self-management tools such as deposit limits, betting limits, and self-exclusion options. Betting should be entertainment, and we are here to make sure it stays that way.
Account security and data privacy are our absolute priorities. We never sacrifice security for speed or convenience — both can and must coexist.
We are a blend of technology experts, sports analysts, and industry professionals who are passionate about what we build
Ensuring every feature developed solves a real problem for Malaysian users, not just something that looks good on paper.
A team of engineers that keeps the platform running stably, fast, and securely — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without interruption.
Specialists who analyse sports data in real time to ensure the odds we offer are competitive and accurate for Asian markets.
Ensuring the platform meets international security standards and that all financial transactions are handled with full integrity.
We believe great platforms come from great teams. At 9culb, we foster a culture of openness where every team member — from engineers to customer support agents — is free to suggest ideas that improve the user experience. Many of our best features today started as internal team suggestions.
We also invest seriously in training and development. Our odds analyst team attends international sports seminars, our security team keeps up with the latest in cybersecurity, and our customer support team undergoes regular training to ensure they can resolve user issues quickly and efficiently.
Because ultimately, every interaction between a user and 9culb is our opportunity to prove that the trust placed in us is a decision well made.
One thing we never compromise on at 9culb is our commitment to responsible gaming. We understand that betting can become problematic for some individuals if left unmanaged, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Our platform comes equipped with a range of self-management tools you can activate at any time:
We also work with local counselling organisations to support any user who needs help. If you or someone you know feels that betting is starting to have a negative impact, please contact our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming for more information.
9culb is for users aged 18 and above only. We have a strict age verification system and do not permit any underage individual to register or use our platform.
